My advice: dedicate time each week to learning. Whether it's reading tech blogs, taking online courses, or contributing to open-source projects, consistent learning compounds over time. It's not about knowing everything - it's about being adaptable and curious.

The mindset of lifelong learning that our professors instilled in us at BPC has been my greatest asset in staying relevant and advancing in my career.
