By registering for and using the Bulacan Polytechnic College Alumni Tracking Management System ("ATMS" or "the System"), you agree to:

• Comply with all terms, conditions, and policies stated herein
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

2. Eligibility & Account Verification

Who Can Register:

• Alumni who have graduated from Bulacan Polytechnic College
• Individuals with valid Student ID issued by BPC
• Current students in their final term (with verification)

Verification Process:

• All registrations must be verified using a valid BPC Student ID
• Email verification is required to activate your account
• BPC administrators reserve the right to approve or deny registrations
• Providing false information may result in account suspension

3. Data Privacy & Protection

Information We Collect:

• Personal Information: Name, date of birth, contact details, address, profile photo
• Academic Records: Student ID, course/program, batch year, graduation date, academic achievements
• Employment Data: Current/past employment, position, company, salary range, job history

• Attempting to breach system security or access unauthorized areas
• Using automated tools or bots to access the system
• Sharing or distributing malicious software

8. Data Retention & Deletion

Retention Period:

• Active accounts: Data retained indefinitely while account is active
• Inactive accounts: Data retained for up to 5 years after last login
• Deleted accounts: Data permanently removed within 90 days (excluding legal obligations)

Legal Requirements: Some data may be retained longer to comply with:

• Institutional record-keeping requirements
• CHED compliance and reporting obligations
• Legal proceedings or investigations
• Audit and financial record requirements

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We May Suspend or Terminate Your Account If:

• You violate these Terms and Conditions

• Your account is used for fraudulent activities
• You engage in prohibited conduct

10. Limitation of Liability

The BPC Alumni Tracking Management System is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the system, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or system errors.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

BPC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or system notification. Continued use of the system after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are encouraged to review these terms periodically.
